
Amy Mansell
Amy Mansell is a leading sponsorship and sports marketing executive with more than 20 years’ experience spanning Formula 1 and global sport. Having worked across brand, rights holder, agency, and consultancy environments, she has delivered over 100 high-impact partnerships worldwide and collaborated with some of the biggest teams, brands, and personalities in Formula 1.
Amy has led some of the most high-profile and disruptive sponsorships in recent years, including the award-nominated Unilever x AFCON partnership and HP’s title partnership with Ferrari in Formula 1.
She most recently spearheaded the groundbreaking ELEMIS x Aston Martin Formula 1 Team partnership, leading the initiative that brought the first beauty brand onto the Formula 1 grid. The partnership made global headlines for its bold, barrier-breaking approach and went on to win both Sports Sponsorship of the Year and Women’s Sport Sponsorship of the Year at the UK Sponsorship Awards.
Alongside her commercial work, Amy is a passionate advocate for women in motorsport and the founder of The Formation, a global community created to connect and celebrate women who love Formula 1. She regularly speaks on sponsorship, brand partnerships, female fandom, and the future of women in sport.
Amy also serves on the Board of the European Sponsorship Association.
