Ryan was most recently part of the Mercedes AMG F1 team pit stop crew and Lewis Hamilton’s car crew. The Mercedes AMG F1 team and Lewis Hamilton are one of the most successful partnerships the sport has seen, achieving 8consecutive constructors titles and 7 drivers titles. Ryan shares valuable recent insight into what made the team so successful, having worked there until early 2022.

With 10 years of F1 experience, having progressed through the ranks from HRT to Force India and finally to Mercedes, Ryan has seen what it takes to win.
