Formerly of McLaren Applied Technologies and the McLaren Accelerator team, where he brought the methodologies, technologies and ways of working from motorsport to apply to client performance challenges. Paul worked hand-in-hand with the KPMG and Deloitte partner teams to deliver projects in Retail, Oil & Gas, Transport and Manufacturing.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in operational and consulting roles across different sectors including  Manufacturing, Banking and Public Sector. He is an experienced facilitator, coach and trainer, and has a particular interest in leadership development.

Paul has distilled his experiences and expertise into the RAPID Performance framework, a programme for applying elite motorsport thinking to business performance challenges.
