Ignition Human Performance would like to welcome Tristan Niesslein as their new non-executive Director focusing on Sustainability and ESG.
Tristan is a Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) specialist working in the sport sector, with a particular focus on opportunities in motorsport to deliver innovation and transformation globally and across industries. Tristan also has an impressive background in commercial, operational and strategic positions in a variety of sectors that has equipped him to apply a broad knowledge to sustainable development in motorsport and beyond.
Since his company, Niesslein Sustainability Partners (NSP) was founded in late 2019, Tristan has engaged with high performing teams and individuals across sport, supporting world-class outcomes, Tristan has also delivered guest speaking appearances at a leading university, supporting business leaders towards sustainability in their operations.
Continuing his professional development at Cambridge University, Tristan’s own academic research sees him engaged in multiple research projects to support deep sustainability adoption in sports and motorsport, including future fuels, mega-events and organisational culture.
By joining the business, Tristan will support IHP’s focus when it comes to ESG within Motorsport, giving the business an expert voice with a number of exciting initiatives that are planned moving forward. He will also sit on the IHP Board of Directors in an advisory capacity.
