Ludovic’s rise in the motorsport industry is a story of resilience, intelligence, and unyielding determination. His journey embodies qualities shared by top racing pilots and thriving entrepreneurs: fearlessness, tenacity, and a willingness to defy the odds.

Born in Monaco into a family where motorsport was more than a passion—it was a livelihood—Ludovic’s connection to the sport began early. His father, a dedicated mechanic who worked across karting and F3 circuits, exposed Ludovic to the racing world. As a child, he immersed himself in the excitement of the races, mingling with drivers and exploring the pit stops. This early exposure sparked his enduring love for cars, racing, and motorsports.

At 21, Ludovic’s life took an unexpected turn. Stricken with meningitis, he fell into a coma, with a bleak prognosis that left little hope for survival. But Ludovic’s resilience shone through. He not only overcame the illness but also emerged from the ordeal with a renewed sense of purpose and two lifelong missions.

‍

The first is his dedication to supporting initiatives that combat meningitis and promote Diversity and Inclusion in Motorsport—a cause close to his heart.

‍

The second is his passion for building a motorsport legacy. During his recovery, Ludovic envisioned his own motorsport management company. In 2014, fully rehabilitated and armed with a dream, he founded the Motors Formula Team (MFT) in Monaco, later expanding to Mauritius.

‍

With an MBA in Motorsport Leadership, Ludovic has collaborated with some of the industry’s most prominent names, including Mika Häkkinen, Pascal Wehrlein (Formula E World Champion 2024), and Theo Pourchaire (F2 Champion 2023).

‍

MFT has become a beacon of excellence in motorsport, offering FIA-approved training, coaching, management, and services aimed at creating a sustainable and inclusive racing team. Ludovic’s journey is not just about overcoming adversity but about shaping a future where motorsport thrives through innovation, inclusion, and passion.
