Led by Phil Clarke, who’s clients have included Telefonica O2, Jaguar Land Rover, CitNOW, Iveco, GAME, BAI Communications & Ford, this partnership will see the courses and expertise of the GRTA team being made available to IHP clients and partners, allowing us to diversify and grow the IHP Learning and Development offering.
In turn, IHP will work with GRTA, to inject an Elite Motorsport Ethos into the Automotive Training Specialist’s courses and client offering.
IHP Managing Director Nick Butcher is looking forward to start this new partnership.
“Learning and Development is at the core of IHP’s offering and so it is great to be able to expand the offering significantly to our clients by teaming up with GRTA...”
Nick continued
“...since meeting Phil we have found a number of synergies where this partnership will benefit both parties, so I can’t wait to get it started.”
Phil Clarke, who was responsible for the training of 14 BMW and Mini Dealership, as well as 4 Porsche Centres, during his time as Group Leadership trainer at automotive giants Pendragon PLC, is equally excited
“By adding our Learning & Development experience to Ignition Human Performance’s is very exciting…”
explaining the two sided nature of the partnership, Phil says
“…with the lessons from Elite Motorsport being second to none when you look at programmes such as Leading High Performing Teams or Building a High-Performance Culture. By being able to offer Ignition’s unique USP alongside our current course content, this can only benefit the Teams and Leaders at our fantastic client base as well.”
