Ignition Human Performance and Racing Pride are pleased to announce a strategic partnership.

Racing Pride is an innovative movement developed to promote LGBTQ+ and inclusivity within the motorsport industry and among its technological and commercial partners, launched in June 2019. In June 2021 Racing Pride announced a partnership with Aston Martin Formula One Team and Racing Pride is working with an increasing number of partners from grassroots motorsport to Formula One as well as in the broader automotive industry. Alongside providing visible representation for the LGBTQ+ community, Racing Pride, together with its network of ambassadors, offers a range of active support, speaker events, and workshops to teams, companies, and organisations looking to enhance their own efforts around LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Ignition Human Performance focus on Unlocking Performance in business using elite motorsport formulas. Through their unique Learning and Development courses and business consultancy, they use their knowledge and network, which has worked with and for World Champion racing teams. This enables companies to translate what is seen on-track in areas such as developing high-performance teamwork & culture, sustainable leadership, well-being, performance through data and the operational delivery of business processes. They are also the Business Performance Partner to BTCC team MB Motorsport.

The partnership will see the pair work together in the following areas:

-       Promote LGBTQ+ representation and inclusion within motorsport and business.

-       Enhance and diversify both parties’ learning and development programmes.

-       Engage with companies across industries to support in the development of Diversity and Inclusion policies, processes and procedures.

-       Work on initiatives and events to support both parties’ partners and clients.
