Former Williams, JLR and Inchcape Director of Strategy and Operational Excellence, Jeremy Taylor, pilots new IHP "Business Dynamics" brand aimed at supporting Independent Consultants from a Motorsport Background

Ignition Human Performance (IHP) is pleased to confirm that Automotive and F1 Professional Jeremy Taylor, who has worked in senior roles at Williams Advanced Engineering, Jaguar Land Rover and the Inchcape group, has agreed to pilot the new Ignition Associate Partner Programme, with his new independent consultancy Prime High Performance. This new partner programme will see Independent Consultants who have experience within professional roles from a High-Performance Motorsport background, such as Formula One, use the benefits of the IHP #OurMotorsportDNA branding and business support.

In addition, by having Jeremy onboard, with his experience in Operational Excellence and Global Strategy for the likes of Williams and JLR, IHP can now offer clients support using the lessons that come directly from Top-Level Motorsport, in our new part of the business which will be called "IHP: Business Dynamics".

This will assist clients with:

• Driving Performance through Data
• Sustainability
• Planning for Success
• Operational Execution
• High-Pressure Pit Stop Methodology
• Developing a High-Performance Culture (including HR & People Strategy and Branding & Marketing)

This is a big step towards IHP's overall aim to be the largest Independent Brand and Consultancy using knowledge sourced from Motorsport, when it comes to Business or Human Performance Improvement.

In its short time, IHP has worked with both World Champion drivers and teams within Motorsport, as well as supported young up and coming driver talent, such as Esmee Hawkey in DTM (German Touring Cars) and uses these lessons to support businesses across multiple industries when it comes to People Strategy and management development training. Founder Nick Butcher is pleased that Jeremy has joined this new programme and how it will open up opportunities not only to new and current clients, but also Independent Motorsport Consultants who have the left the security of a larger company but still want to be part of a bigger network.
